Think every company should read this book. Businesses should not be just about making profits but also to have a higher purpose and to be filled with passionate employees.

It's definitely easier said than done, but Tony Hsieh managed to do this by building tribe and a great company culture. Zappos started off as a new company with its own sets of problems but managed to reach 1 billion revenue in 2010, within 10 years.

It is an amazing story told personally by Tony, sharing his experiences, insights and lessons that he has learned.

Inspiring, personal, invaluable.
