I find bookjetty very useful to create a "shopping list" before I to the library to pick up books. I'm wondering whether it would be useful to have a "shopping list" category (perhaps by another name) to separate this temporary list of books you have a slight temporary interest in from those you want others in your social network to see you have a definite interest in reading. The downside is it may complicate the interface and that is one the best attributes of bookjetty IMHO.

Denilw think it's getting crowded. :) Coz I'm planning to add the 'Abandoned' category. Four main categories maxed.

I guess for this case, we can live with the existing 'Wish List' feature, to mark books that you want to buy.

just my 2¢ worth of suggestion… perhaps you can find some inspirations or strategies to tame the over dose of information (folksonomies?) from this book:

a somehow related reading material:

that may be best, the simple interface of bookjetty is one of the best features, so it's true it should be kept simple
