Balaji, could it be your book is a different edition/publication? Can you check if the ISBN match?
Personalised cover though sounds good, I'm afraid that I have to put it aside, considering long list of todo list at the moment. Hope you can understand. While, upload of books with no-cover I'll definitely introduce it later.

I was trying keep the main shelf category simple initially, thus I sticked to 3 main categories, but I have to admit that there are a few occasions I abandoned a book too.
For such cases, I put it under 'Read', and gave a low rating and bad review. I'm sitll 50:50 to decide if I should introduce this, if you don't buy my reason, probably can start a new topic under 'Suggestions' category hehe..Let's see how others response.
Yeah I agree more stats would be nice, definitely a feature to introduce probably with graph. Already in todo list, now still occupied with other stuff, author page is coming, and add quote is next - I'm a sucker for good quotes. Thanks for ur feedback btw!
