This is an extraordinary book because it brings two of the titans of Fantasy writing together and what a great book they have written!

The book goes through the struggle of good vs. evil within a demon and an angel who are inexplicably friends. The story is very endearing and does bring home the fact that there is a little of a demon and an angel in all of us!

The wit and humor in the story is classic british! I think P G Wodehouse will feel completely envious and rush out of the grave to write another novel to match this one in wit. (read less)

Title: A Short Walk in the Hindu Kush (Travel Literature)

This is a screamingly funny book on two amateurs who climb the formidable Hind Kush mountain range in Afganistan. I love the description and the very objective (for that era) descriptions of Afgans.
