This being my first book that that delves into the experiences of Singapore's foreign policymakers and frontline runners, it was a pretty good ice-breaker into the topic.

That said, it's understandable that it lacks the depth into the topic of Singapore's foreign policy.

If you're looking for a very light read or want a very tip of the iceberg introduction, this is a pretty decent book.

Title: Damaged

Just finished reading it and I have to say that it's quite an insight into how important social services are...or rather how huge the implications are when they fail to operate effectively.

On a more emotional note, the book swung me from extreme anger to sadness. In some instances, it left with with scraps of hope...While i'm sure the reality of Jodie's story is far worse, the book did an excellent job at imparting the horrible past that she's had...and the bleakness of her future.

This is a book worth buying. (read less)
